Avenqel Support
Avenqel is in restricted internal testing. The current Android build is available only to the approved Google Play tester account; iOS device validation has not started.
Install the Android test
Open the private Google Play opt-in link while signed into the exact invited Google account. Accept the invitation, then install Avenqel from Google Play. A different Google account will not see the restricted build.
Protect local progress
The current build has no account or cloud save. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes local Avenqel data. Do not clear storage before reporting an issue unless support specifically asks you to reproduce from a fresh state.
Send useful, bounded feedback
Include the platform, device model, Avenqel version, the screen or puzzle state, what you expected, and what happened. For mechanic feedback, also say whether drag or tap felt more natural and whether the wave result was predictable before commitment.
Do not send unrelated device logs, account details, private files, or screenshots containing personal information.
